How fast do orders ship?

In-stock items ordered before 2pm CT ship the same business day. Most US orders arrive within 2-5 business days with FedEx Ground. For next-day delivery, order by 1:00 PM CST and choose an overnight service at checkout.

Do you offer overnight or two-day shipping?

Yes. Checkout offers FedEx Ground, Express Saver, 2Day, Standard Overnight and Priority Overnight, each priced live for your address and order.

How much do I pay for shipping?

Accepted Answer

FedEx calculates it live at checkout from your address, the service you choose and the weight of your order, so you see the exact cost before you pay. Deliveries to a business address, where you enter a company name, get commercial rates.

How do you ship and package parts?

Accepted Answer

Parts go out with FedEx, anti-static bagged and packed in protective, shock-rated packaging. Bulk orders are individually protected inside the carton. Tracking is sent as soon as your order ships.

Do parts come in the original retail box?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Enterprise parts often ship in OEM bulk packaging rather than retail boxes, and refurbished parts ship anti-static bagged in protective packaging. If you need original retail packaging, ask us before you order and we'll confirm what's available for that part number.

Question 6

Can I ship to an address that's different from my billing address?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At checkout, untick "Billing address is the same as shipping" and enter your billing address separately. Parts can go to your office, a data center or a job site.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

If the box arrives visibly damaged, refuse the delivery where you can and tell the carrier. If you find damage after opening, keep the box and packing materials, notify the carrier, and report it to us within 2 business days of delivery so we can help with the claim. A wrong or missing item should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Contact us with your order number.
