Shipping & returns

In-stock items ordered before 2pm CT ship the same business day. Most US orders arrive within 2-5 business days with standard shipping. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout.

Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships. You can also view order status from your account.

We ship with FedEx. At checkout you can choose FedEx Ground, Express Saver, 2Day, Standard Overnight or Priority Overnight.

Ground shipping is free on orders over $100. Below that, and on every expedited service, the cost is the live FedEx rate for your delivery address and the weight of the parcel. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay — we do not add a handling fee on top.

Oversized or palletised orders may need a freight quote. Contact us with the part numbers and quantities and we will price it for you.

Drives are anti-static bagged and shipped in protective, shock-rated packaging. Bulk orders are individually protected within the carton.

All return periods run from the delivery date. A refund can be requested within 14 days and a replacement within 30 days, which matches our Standard 30-Day Warranty. Every return needs an RMA number first: email [email protected] or submit the return form with your order number, product, delivery date and reason, and the part must arrive back within 10 calendar days of the RMA being issued. Packages without a valid RMA may be refused.

Returns for change of mind, wrong selection or compatibility carry a 25% restocking fee and you pay the return shipping; premium shipping charges are not refunded. Parts that arrive dead-on-arrival, or a wrong item shipped by us, are replaced with return shipping paid by us and no fee. Report a wrong or missing item within 24 hours and shipping damage within 2 business days of delivery. Full terms are in our Return Policy and Warranty Policy.
