Shipping & returns

In-stock items ordered before 2pm CT ship the same business day. Most US orders arrive within 2-5 business days with standard shipping. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout.

Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships. You can also view order status from your account.

Drives are anti-static bagged and shipped in protective, shock-rated packaging. Bulk orders are individually protected within the carton.

Unopened, unused drives can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less any return shipping. To start a return, contact support with your order number for a return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed.

Drives that arrive dead-on-arrival or fail within the warranty window are handled under our warranty and RMA process at no cost to you.

We currently focus on US shipping. For international or freight requests, contact us with your destination and quantity for a quote.
