RMA process
Every return needs a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Here is how to get one and what to include.

1. Request an RMA
The fastest way is to submit the return form with your order number, serial number(s) and reason. You can also email support@usithardware.com or call +1 (201) 736-6952. We will review your request and issue an RMA number if the item is eligible under our Return policy.
2. Prepare your package
Securely pack the item in anti-static packaging with adequate padding. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Inside, include a copy of your invoice or bill of sale along with your name, address, phone number, a short description of the problem, and the RMA number.
3. Ship it back
Send the package to: US IT Hardware Returns Department, 270 Trace Colony Park Drive, Ste B, Ridgeland, MS 39157. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance, so please ship promptly. Packages received without a valid RMA number may be refused.
4. Inspection & resolution
When your return arrives, our team inspects it against the RMA. Approved returns are refunded, replaced, or credited per our Return policy - most refunds are initiated within 24-48 hours of inspection. We will email you once your RMA has been processed.
Before you ship a drive
Back up and securely erase any data on a drive before returning it. US IT Hardware is not responsible for data left on returned media.
