Before you submit

Non-defective items can be returned within 30 days of delivery; defective items within the manufacturer's warranty period. Report shipping damage or an incorrect item within 3 business days of delivery.

Back up and securely erase any data on a drive before returning it. We are not responsible for data left on returned media.
