Before you submit

All periods run from the delivery date. Refund requests within 14 days; replacement requests within 30 days under our Standard 30-Day Warranty. Report a wrong or missing item within 24 hours and shipping damage within 2 business days. Allow up to 2 business days for your RMA number; the part must arrive back within 10 calendar days of it being issued.
