What are the main points of your return policy?

All periods run from the delivery date. A refund can be requested within 14 days; a replacement within 30 days, which matches our Standard 30-Day Warranty. Every return needs an RMA number first, and the part must arrive back with all its accessories and packaging. Returns for change of mind, wrong selection or compatibility carry a 25% restocking fee and you pay the return shipping; if the part is dead on arrival or we shipped the wrong item, we pay it and there's no fee.
