How long do refunds take?

Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return, to the original payment method, and you get a confirmation email when it's done. Any restocking, testing or non-refundable shipping charges are deducted first. How long it then takes to show on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
