What WiFi speeds does the EAP660 HD support?

It delivers AX3600 WiFi 6 speeds: up to 2402 Mbps on 5 GHz and 1148 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, totaling 3550 Mbps. Technologies like 1024-QAM, 8 spatial streams, OFDMA, and 4x4 DL MU-MIMO enable high throughput for 1020+ clients in dense environments.

Does it support PoE and what port speed?

Yes, features a 1x 2.5 Gbps Ethernet port with IEEE 802.3at PoE+ support, or optional 12V DC (max 25.5W EU). This allows single-cable power and data for simplified ceiling/wall installations in SMB networks.

How many clients can it handle?

Supports 1020+ concurrent clients with high-density features like MU-MIMO, OFDMA, load balancing, and airtime fairness. Coverage spans 200 m², ideal for offices, retail, or hospitality with internal omni antennas.

What management options are available?

Fully integrated with Omada SDN: cloud-based controller, Omada app, hardware controllers (OC200/OC300), and ZTP. Includes Bluetooth 5.2, 16 SSIDs (8 per band), QoS, schedules, and wireless statistics for centralized control.

Is it suitable for high-security environments?

Yes, supports WPA3-Personal/Enterprise, WPA2 variants, and WEP. Additional security via multiple SSIDs, guest networks, rate limits, and transmit power control ensures enterprise-grade protection.

What is the physical design and mounting?

Ultra-slim at 220x220x32.5 mm (8.7x8.7x1.3 in) with ceiling/wall mounting kits included. Internal omni antennas (4x4 dBi 2.4 GHz, 4x5 dBi 5 GHz) provide discreet, robust coverage in professional settings.
