RDIMM (Registered) buffers the address/command lines and is the common choice for most 64GB modules. LRDIMM (Load-Reduced) buffers the data lines too, allowing higher total capacity per channel on platforms that support it. Match whichever your server's population rules specify.
OEM-serialized modules are keyed and firmware-flagged for their platform's management (iLO/iDRAC) and may warn elsewhere. For a non-OEM board, choose the matching JEDEC-standard module — or send your server model via the bulk-quote link and we'll pick the compatible part.
